Role Description

The Performance Marketing Intern will support the performance marketing team in various administrative and research tasks to gain practical experience in digital marketing operations. This internship provides an opportunity for learning and growth in a dynamic marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the performance marketing team, including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience demographics to support marketing strategies.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing updates to team members.
• Learn and apply basic data analysis techniques to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop marketing materials, and optimize campaign strategies.
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Manage tasks effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarize oneself with basic office tools and software used in marketing operations, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics by actively participating in meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues.
• Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development, seeking guidance from experienced team members and taking initiative to expand knowledge.

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
