As a Product Development Leader, you will contribute substantially to shaping a lean, agile, innovation-driven, and learning-focused culture. Providing guidance to individuals and teams, challenging them and fostering their development will be an integral part of your role. You will be in the driver’s seat, steering development strategies and plans towards realization. This role houses leadership figures within product development including line, program and project managers, coaches, and change leaders.

– Integrate CCD CAPO, ensuring seamless functionality.

– Facilitate effective intra and inter-team communication.

– Integrate CEE10 DGS, necessitating technical expertise.

– Oversee CEE10 Upgrade DGS, safeguarding product excellence.

– Implement effective program management strategies.

– Upgrade SDI3, maintaining adherence to quality standards.

– Design effective SDI3 solutions to meet business objectives.

– Optimize GDCE to achieve intended product outcomes.

– Provide comprehensive coaching and mentoring, fostering a high-performance culture.

– Implement thoughtful change management strategies, steering the organization towards continuous improvement.

– Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
