Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kenko’s features, functionality, and capabilities to deliver high-quality website solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific website requirements and ensure timely development and deployment that aligns with their expectations.
Take ownership of assigned projects, adhering to timelines and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to support both customers and internal teams.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and processes based on customer feedback, industry trends, and product updates, ensuring a seamless and industry-leading customer experience.
Continuously stay updated on the latest website development best practices, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation.

Requirements:

0–6 months of internship experience in website design or development.
Familiarity with website development platforms (experience with Duda is a strong plus).
Technically adept with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools, products, and technologies.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and responsive design practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt and enhance processes as needed.
Effective communication skills for understanding client requirements and providing regular updates.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for working across cross-functional teams.
Willingness and availability to work in the US time zone.
