Role Description

In this role, you will support data and quality control functions with the investment platform organization (IMDM) focused on preparation of client/market facing investment collateral including supporting information for fund factsheets, investment performance reports, investment reviews, and other investment reports.

Essential Functions:

• Support production functions of Institutional Separate Account reporting, including generation and quality reviews of data and content of reports out of the IMDM platform.
• Assist in the development of Quality Control programs, and perform ongoing validation of investment data controls, quality processes, and performance metrics.
• Identify and provide timely resolution for investment data errors impacting all areas of Investment Reporting and data consumption/utilization.
• Support production by working with team members to document and communicate in a timely manner on issues impacting the quality of reported materials.
• Provide review/approval of fund fact sheets and investment reviews within the IMDM platform.
• Partner with communications compliance on review and approval submissions in compliance platform.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and its various functions (advanced formulas (Index/match, if statements, VLOOKUP, lookup, pivot tables)
• Knowledge and experience with investment reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially in data intensive production/reporting functions
• Experience in development or application of metrics, data validation methodologies, and proficient use of complex reporting tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Experience working with investment vehicles commonly used in ERISA-covered plans (i.e. Mutual Funds, Collective Investment Trusts, Insurance Co Separate accounts) preferred
• Knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL query tools preferred
• 75% fund fact sheets production
• 5% formalizing and enhancing procedures and checklists
• 5% investment commentaries production
• 5% compliance communication and responding to compliance change requests
• 5% Responds to ad-hoc reporting requests requiring interpretation of requests, professional formatting and explanation of results.
• 5% cross-training and transitioning various ad hoc tasks
