As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Professional & Technical Skills:

– Must To Have Skills:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.

– Strong understanding of IT troubleshooting methodologies.

– Experience with software debugging tools.

– Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident management.

– Good To Have Skills: Experience with mobile device management solutions.

Additional Information:

– The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.

– This position is based at our Pune office. – A 15 years full time education is required.
