What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager Intern, you’ll play a real, hands-on role in shaping features that impact thousands of users globally.

You will:

• Assist product managers in defining product specs, user stories, and feature flows
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to drive features to delivery
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and metrics to iterate and improve
• Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and standups
• Own mini-projects like writing help docs, product announcements, or feedback collection
• Create mockups, process flows, or wireframes using tools like Balsamiq or Figma (no prior design skills required – we’ll guide you)

Tools & Concepts You’ll Learn Hands-On:

• Agile development & sprint planning
• Jira / Trello / ClickUp (task management)
• Wireframing with Balsamiq or Figma
• Writing product specs & user stories
• Product strategy frameworks (like RICE, AARRR, MECE)
• Understanding APIs, Webhooks & integrations
• Working closely with design & engineering teams
• GTM (Go to Market) planning with sales and marketing-

What We Look For:

• Passion for solving user problems and curiosity for how products are built
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking
• Comfortable with ambiguity and learning on the go
• Background in Engineering, Business, or Design is a plus — but not a must
