About the role

What we are looking for:

We are searching for an energetic, self-motivated Software Engineer with strong technical, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills to work in our Artwork Processing services group.

What You Will Do:

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the globe and understand the business domain to develop and design software solutions with guidance from senior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

● Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and product owners globally.
● Help build microservices and web-based applications on AWS.
● Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions using backend APIs.
● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
● Participate actively in design meetings and code reviews.
● Proactively seek guidance from senior team members to navigate complex tasks.
● Work with your team and others to understand what customers need and iterate on solutions.
● Troubleshoot and help resolve software defects and performance issues.

● 1+ years of software engineering industry experience or a recent college graduate
● Excellent oral and written communication skills (English fluency).
● Backend experience or knowledge of object-oriented programming, particularly with .NET, C#.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with front-end languages like TypeScript/JavaScript.
● Experience or knowledge of relational/non-relational databases
(e.g.,MySQL,PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
● Knowledge of how to build and consume APIs (especially REST).
● Experience or knowledge of version control systems like Git.
● Ability to work as part of a team in an Agile environment.

What Will Make Your Candidature Attractive:

● Experience with Microservice architecture.
● Knowledge of AWS technologies (S3, EC2, ECS, SQS, CloudWatch, Route53).
● Familiarity with containerization (Linux, Docker).
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab).
● Any experience with image processing, pdf processing or prepress is a plus.
