Role Overview:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, generating reports, and supporting business operations through accurate data analysis. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong analytical and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
Assist in automating reporting processes using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Maintain documentation and update records as per company standards.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of SQL or basic database concepts.
Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
