Educational Qualification : Resource with French Language specialist is required to support French SD Bachelor Degree

Summary
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing service desk voice support and managing service desk operations. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, accurately defining and resolving issues, and ensuring world-class system performance.
