Essential Job Functions :

Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools.

• Write reusable and modular automation code using programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines integrate seamlessly with test automation suites. Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing. Identify edge cases and improve test cases for higher-quality outcomes. Perform load, scalability, and stress testing to ensure application reliability.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps to understand requirements and clarify ambiguities.
• Act as a quality advocate within the development team to maintain high engineering standards. Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Maintain detailed reports of test results and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely tracking and resolution of bugs in collaboration with development teams.
• Monitor system performance post-deployment and proactively identify quality issues.
• Maintain and update test environments, datasets, and automation scripts.
• Mentor junior SDETS and share knowledge of testing best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java,).
• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Experience in Espresso and J-Unit will be a plus

Education Qualifications: 

• Bachelors’ degree in Technology in Computer science or related specialization
• 1-3 years of experience in Manual & Automation QA Testing
• Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Basic understanding of programming (Java)
• Knowledge of manual testing processes and tools
• Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
