Role Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-powered decision-making. You will develop machine learning models, optimize business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product and marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Develop and deploymachine learning models for ranking, prediction, and optimization.

• ConductA/B testing, experimental design, and funnel analysis to improve engagement and conversion.

• Buildcustomer segmentation models using clustering techniques to enhance targeting strategies.

• Optimizepricing models and job-matching algorithms for improved business outcomes.

• Createdashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

• Work withlarge-scale structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).

• Collaborate withengineering, product, and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

•1+ years of experience (or more) in data science, machine learning, or analytics.

• Strong expertise inPython, SQL, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Mode, etc.).

• Experience withmachine learning algorithms (Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Clustering, etc.).

• Hands-on experience withA/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimental design.

• Familiarity withcloud-based data platforms (GCP, Azure, Databricks, etc.) and MLOps/CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to communicatecomplex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience ine-commerce, healthcare, or marketing analytics.

• Knowledge ofcustomer behavior modeling, budget allocation models, or recommendation systems.

• Familiarity withbig data tools such as Hive, DBT, and Spark.
