We’re eager to welcome you to our Experience Success engineering team! Together, we will craft the future of digital advertising for our AEM Sites customers, enabling them to excel in today’s competitive landscape. We work with a distributed team of engineers to develop new AEM capabilities. These capabilities help businesses improve ad spend efficiency, boost conversion rates, and increase visibility across digital points of sale.
As a member of our team, you’ll lead and develop customer-focused SEM strategies that transform manual operations into seamless and automated solutions.
What will you do
- Analyze the performance of SEM campaigns across diverse digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon), for AEM customers. Uncover opportunities and trends to improve ranking, bidding strategies, and overall ad performance.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations for optimizing conversion rates, ad spend, and campaign scalability, tailored to enterprise-scale businesses. Translate your findings into actionable hypotheses that address enterprise marketing challenges. Transform these hypotheses into automated, self-learning features, implementing them in our product.
- Guide customers in implementing marketing technologies to meet SEM needs effectively, ensuring integration and operational success. Iterate and refine strategies based on customer feedback and measurable outcomes, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry-wide changes by understanding the mechanics of online platforms, including their crawlers, ranking algorithms, and ad auction processes.
What you need to succeed
- BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences, or proven achievements in web development, or a related field. Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or Python for automation are highly welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, improve advertisement budget efficiency, and increase return on investment for enterprise-level businesses, with hands-on experience in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising, etc.), including their ranking and bidding systems.
- Familiarity with marketing technology implementations, such as tagging, tracking systems, and data integrations for SEM.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach that thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Be ready to challenge conventions, experiment boldly, and deliver transformative results that empower AEM customers to achieve outstanding marketing performance
