Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is – under general supervision perform variety of tasks related to content for the video catalog quality. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing Metadata, perform quality checks on content, perform checks to qualify user experience for content viewing on the FireTV and related tasks. The associate will require using of software and /or tools for fix up and capture data on a daily basis. The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment based decisions keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the Standard operating procedure. The individual will also need to be able to raise a flag depending on the situation, example- functionality of the tool.


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Involve tasks such as checking and fixing Metadata, perform quality checks on content, perform checks to qualify user experience for content viewing on FireTV device.
  • Use various tools and systems to perform the above tasks and capture data on a daily basis to meet the team/individual productivity and quality goals.
  • Will be repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions by referring to guidelines provided in the SOP.
  • The individual will also need to identify and report any process/tool related issues, if and when they arise.

Preferred Skills

  • Must be a graduate in any stream
  • Working knowledge of computers (Basic MS Office related skills)
  • Basic Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skills
  • Perform variety of tasks related to content for video catalog quality
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and should be flexible to work on multiple processes.
  • Always look out for continuous process improvement opportunities in tasks they perform and should be able to drive these initiatives with support from their manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Individuals with a passion for Movies/TV Shows.
  • Ability to perform web search and familiarity with various ways used for searching information.
