We are looking for bright and exceptional programmers to join our Software Developer teams based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. We have requirements across various teams that are involved in catering to the trading desk’s needs during the life cycle of a trade and in the research, design, development, and standardization of technologies for firm-wide adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute individual projects while collaborating with business groups to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform R&D to evaluate and implement appropriate technologies for various applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues in production within strict deadlines.
• Drive complete project lifecycles, from requirement gathering and analysis to deployment and delivery.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members and actively participate in code and design reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in C++, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with technologies such as React, Redux, RESTful Web Services, Perl, messaging middleware, and databases like SQL Server.
• Experience with Spring, MyBatis/iBatis/Hibernate, jQuery, JavaScript, and deployment architecture is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and a passion for technology.
• Strong reasoning abilities, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• An inclination or experience in project or people management is a plus.
