Excellent problem solving and analysis skills to narrow down and pinpoint problems in the software. – A technical skill-set and a natural comfort with computers (but not necessarily a development background). – Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and explain flaws in the product. – Experience in QA, particularly outlining test plans, defining necessary regression testing, and executing test cases. – A passion for technology and quality, with the desire to learn new technologies and skills as they become relevant and raise the bar on the quality level of our products. – The ability to write scripts or create tools to automate testing ñ experience with VBScript, AppleScript, Cocoa, Java, or C# is a plus. – Familiarity with databases and the ability to create simple SQL queries is a plus.
