The Role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who is passionate about creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and designing our products from 0 to 1, ensuring they not only look stunning but also perform seamlessly. If you thrive in an early-stage startup environment, have a deep sense of user empathy, and excel in both full-stack engineering and design, we’d love to hear from you.

Our tech stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Node.js server, PostgresQL, GCP

Key Responsibilities

• Use agentic IDEs like Windsurf or Cursor to quickly generate entire product features (from frontend to backend), maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
• Implement performant front-ends in Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS.
• Implement performant backends in Node, PostgresQL, and GCP.
• Debug issues that come up in Sentry.
• Develop a deep understanding of our user and product, and design simple & elegant product features to address user needs.
• Test code thoroughly.

Must-Haves

• Strong design skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, user flow, and the finer details that elevate a product from good to great.
• Early-stage startup experience: You’ve built products from scratch (0 to 1) and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• High user empathy: You put the customer first, ensuring their experience drives design and product decisions.
• Full-stack engineering expertise: Proficient with our tech stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Node.js server, PostgresQL, and GCP.
• Excellent debugging skills and conscientious about testing.
