Job Overview:

GlobalLogic is seeking an enthusiastic PHP Developer ready to transition into a Product Support Engineer role. In this position, you will utilize your web development expertise to provide technical support, resolve issues, and contribute to product enhancement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a seamless user experience and tackle technical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and professional technical support to customers or internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve product-related functionality or performance issues.
• Communicate with customers to understand and document their challenges.
• Provide troubleshooting advice and guide customers through solutions.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and product updates.
• Propose product improvements based on technical insights or user feedback.
• Share best practices and insights with the team to align with project goals.
• Assist or train team members in areas requiring specialized expertise.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP Web Development.
• Proven experience in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications.
• Hands-on expertise in identifying, documenting defects, and deploying product updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts and willingness to work from the office.
