Responsibilities:

Technological Innovation:

• Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Cloud and Generative AI solutions, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

• Innovate with the latest technological concepts in full stack development, leveraging your background to drive innovation.

• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and integrating the latest advancements in AI and Cloud technologies.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:

• Apply your rigorous analytical skills to tackle complex challenges, designing efficient and scalable solutions that drive business value.

• Solve complex business problems through innovative engineering practices, demonstrating your passion for problem-solving.

Learning and Adaptability:

Project Execution:

• Design and test a range of software and technical solutions, maintaining the highest standards.

Innovative Solutions:

• Develop and implement innovative solutions that address real-world problems, leveraging AI and Cloud technologies to create transformative impact.

• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and patents, showcasing your innovative ideas and technical prowess.

Digital Transformation:

• Be part of a growing digital company specializing in cloud computing, automation, and customer experience transformation.

• Drive the rapid adoption of new technologies, ideas, and processes within the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring that technological solutions align with business objectives.

• Leverage data modeling and analysis to inform and illustrate solutions, driving data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.E / B.Tech.

• M.E. / M. Tech / MCA Not Eligible

• Streams Eligible: CSE/IT/AI/Data Science (Any CSE allied departments), ECE/EEE/ETC/EIE/ISE

• Mechanical/ Civil Allied branches not eligible.

• A minimum aggregate of 75% or 7.5 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and UG.

• No active Backlogs

• Willingness to relocate based on project requirements to any Hexaware delivery location.

• Eagerness to learn any technology as per project requirements.

• Office-based work, 5 days a week.

• 3 Years of Service Agreement.
