Job Description: Roles And Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain appropriately scaled, effective solutions to support data quality, migration, and reconciliation activity in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and related tools.

• Very strong T-SQL skills and strong knowledge of ETL techniques.

• Creating and analysing complex queries, store procedures, tables, views, triggers, functions, and SQL Jobs.

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for designing and creating custom reports.

• Design and implementation of SSIS, and ETL based on business requirements.

• Good understanding of Database Design, Integrity, and optimization process.

• In-depth experience in performance-tuning SQL Server database code and environments, and SQL profiling.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to understand business requirements and develop SQL Server solutions that work within the technical boundaries.

• Working directly with the business teams to understand their needs, and identify and resolve data issues.

• Knowledge of security management such as users and object permission.

• Ability to work in an Agile environment. The candidate can manage multiple tasks and independently manage his/her own time.

• Candidate must be intellectually curious, be adept in database technologies, and can mine data to answer complex questions and communicate findings.
