We are seeking a skilled system Analyst I to support the IT infrastructure of our Oracle Cerner Healthcare client. This role requires hands-on expertise in Windows-based environments with a focus on security, performance, and end-user support. Responsibilities includes managing security patching for servers, upgrades and monitoring of servers via 3rd party solution, remediating vulnerabilities detected via security scanning and mitigating end user issues.

Working as System Analyst 1 will primarily focus on supporting the Day-to-day operations of the 3^rd party team, which is heavily reliant on windows & Citrix environments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of windows technologies and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Health customer’s Windows environments.
• Perform Tech currency and upgrades.
• Windows, Citrix Experience
• Collaborate with within team and other technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience with either Linux or Windows Operating systems would be an added advantage
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
