About the Role

We’re seeking a self-driven and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere!

As a Frontend Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our product and backend teams to develop and enhance our suite of applications, including our core rebate management platform and various integration tools. As an early team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative rebate management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multiple frontend applications, including our main web platform, integration tools, and partner plugins (ERP integrations).
• Create and implement new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable use across our applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a diverse range of devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, focusing on user efficiency and reducing the steps needed to complete tasks.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate with APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in our web applications.

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and other leading frontend frameworks.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).
• Proficiency with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and other infrastructure technologies is a plus.
