Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update data sheets (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel) with accuracy.
• Ensure timely data collection and organization from various sources, particularly related to ongoing analytics projects.
• Create automated solutions where possible (e.g., formulas, macros) to streamline data entry and management tasks.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on data insights.
• Analyze trends and generate actionable insights from the collected data.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure alignment with project goals through data-driven insights.

• Prepare clear and concise presentations to summarize findings for internal teams.
• Ensure data is translated into visually appealing and comprehensible formats (charts, tables, infographics).
• Present insights in internal meetings and suggest actionable next steps based on data.

• Prioritize and organize daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clear schedule of deliverables and ensure that other teams have access to updated reports when needed.
• Monitor team members’ progress and provide feedback based on the data metrics.

• If applicable, track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates).
• Provide insights into content performance and suggest optimizations for better results.

• Stay updated on the latest tools, features, and techniques in data management and social media analytics.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to improve skill sets related to the role.
