About the Role

We are seeking an intern for Application role who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other critical tools. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless application performance, resolve user issues, and contribute to process improvement through innovative solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

Application Support: Provide support for enterprise applications like Salesforce and ServiceNow, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues.

Configuration and Customization: Configure, customize, and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into application enhancements.

User Support: Act as the primary contact for end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Training and Documentation: Develop training programs, create user guides, FAQs, and promote self-service solutions.

System Integration: Assist in integrating applications with other business tools to improve operations and data accuracy.

Automation and Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements.

Feature Implementation: Implement new features, upgrades, and patches with minimal disruption.

Compliance and Security: Ensure applications comply with policies and standards, monitor for vulnerabilities, and implement security protocols.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends, features, and best practices in application management.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports and analytics to track performance and provide insights for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Apex) is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies is a plus.
