Location: Remote, Indian Standard Time

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Build modular, reusable, and performant features throughout the application lifecycle.
• Participate in coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and delivering new features.
• Help maintain and enhance existing data structures while planning and implementing scalable new data models.
• Continuously improve the stability and performance of Wysa’s tech platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Advocate for the user and contribute to making informed product decisions.
• Exhibit and adhere to Information Security and Privacy practices in all work activities.
• Maintain the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of all information and assets.
• Follow Wysa’s security, privacy, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Apply knowledge of secure SDLC practices and privacy best practices in design and coding.
• Stay informed about and implement design and coding best practices, including secure coding principles.
• Contribute to and support continual improvement practices within the tech platform.
