About The Position
As an MIS Intern at YoursDesk Bizcon, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the development and maintenance of Management Information Systems. This role offers exposure to data analysis, reporting, and database management. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of databases.
- Assist in data entry, validation, and cleansing processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integrity and security.
- Participate in the identification and documentation of business processes.
- Contribute to the evaluation of existing processes and suggest improvements.
- Support the implementation of streamlined workflows for efficiency.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in MIS.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and analytical skills.
- Contribute to the documentation of MIS processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of database management principles.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
