About the Role

• As an IT Asset executive , this individual will be responsible for managing Zeta’s IT assets and their inventory throughout their lifecycle. IT assets include hardware, software, licenses, and other technology-related resources.

Responsibilities

• Asset tagging
• Creating barcodes, printing and attaching to the assets
• Receive assets from vendors, inwards and outwards
• Manage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India and overseas, to vendors in India
• Maintaining the stock of all hardware in all business units
• Log tickets with OEMs for hardware problems
• Send hardware to vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warranty
• Keep a track of AMCs for all critical hardware
• Make entries in Asset Management software
• Manage hardware allocation
• Moving assets from storage location to user’s desk and vice-versa
• Help in physical asset reconciliation.

Skills

• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements related to IT asset management.

Vendor Management

• Work with vendors to procure IT assets, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of equipment.

Experience and Qualifications

• You should have relevant experience in Assets and IT stock management.
• You must know how to use computer, printer, Microsoft office software.
• Ability to speak in English fluently.
