Role Overview:

Cogoport is currently looking for an individual who has the mindset of an entrepreneur, understanding of the culture, with a passion to join our team. Candidate is required to analyze data on sales, allocate the accounts and track their performances.

Responsibilities:

• Allocation of leads and scoring of the leads to various sales teams.
• Ensuring and monitoring the sales productivity. Planning and forecasting sales revenue for all the sales channels and monitoring the adherence to forecasted revenue.
• Analyze existing customer base and segment customers based on behavior, activity, business flows, and market trends.
• Identify and assess potential risks related to sales processes and practices.
• Conduct product training content for sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the product(s).
• Suggest and recommend changes needed in the product to optimize the account allocation and monitoring process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor/Master’s degree in CSE, Mathematics, or Analytics.
• Work Experience: Having 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics or any industry.
• Must Have Skills:
• Experience using SQL and Python is a must.
• Experience in funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modelling, churn analytics and A/B testing.
• Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping & gap analysis).
• Experience in handling large datasets – Expert data modeling skills.

Things that make a difference:

• Project Management will be a good addition, however not mandatory.
• Background of working in B2B Processes with a strong commercial acumen is recommended.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fast paced environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities – able to conceptualize, organize, simplify, and execute.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs.
