 Job Summary 

Advantal Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about software quality and eager to learn QA processes in a fast-paced IT environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications. 

• Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases. 

• Execute test cases and identify/report bugs and errors to the development team. 

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality standards are met. 

• Help in regression, integration, and system testing. 

• Document test results and provide detailed reports to the QA lead. 

• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and methodologies. 

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. 

• Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts. 

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla is a plus. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting issues. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Internship or academic project experience in QA or software testing. 

• Exposure to basic automation tools like Selenium or Postman for API testing. 

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
