Role Definition:

Processes requisitions and provides support for purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

Responsibilities:

• Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations.
• Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence, builds expertise for the assign process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
• Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Assists in developing, testing and implementing application systems:
• Hands on experience in developing, coding and testing computer programs for medium to complex level projects.
• Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
• Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
• Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
• Working experience in any Database Oracle/SQL can be a plus.

Required must skills:

• Expert level Power BI development experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable curriculum from grade one University.
• Experience developing VBA Scripts and Macros for automation purposes.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Data analysis.
• Has good knowledge of Power App and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.
• Experience in procurement or supply chain domain is highly recommended.

Desired Skills:

Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Having skill in Powerpoint and other Microsoft tools (Optional).

Has a strong customer focus.

Has demonstrated good analytical skills.
