Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business needs, analyze and design integration solutions, and ensure that systems align with business goals. You will be key in bridging the gap between product stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology effectively supports business needs and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Elicit and document business requirements through architects, product managers, sales, CRM, and API document analysis.
  • Analyze and document business requirements
• System/Integration Design:
  • Review third-party API documentation and create Postman collections
  • Analyse and document integration specifications, Ex-APIs, field mappings
  • Design and document system/integration architecture, data models, and flows.
  • Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet customer and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
• Implementation and Support:
  • Plan and oversee the implementation of new system integrations or upgrades.
  • Provide user training and documentation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third parties.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration.

Skills Required

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of data exchange formats (JSON, XML) and security standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML)
  • Understanding of system development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with various technologies and platforms (e.g., databases, cloud computing, web applications).
  • Knowledge of programming concepts and scripting languages is a plus.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
