● Any Graduate: Non-Tech
● Work Experience: Freshers
● Good communication skills both written and verbal
● Good judgment and decision making capability
● Fast grasping power or quick learner
● Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
● Ability to connect dots, Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy
● Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
● Ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels

Job Responsibilities

● Researches and evaluates facts surrounding data
● Interpret transaction trends and usage patterns based on user, geography or other parameters
● Be able to detect frauds and risks
● Anticipating risks on finance & customer relationship
● Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards
● Identify opportunities to improve the operational deliverables
● Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
