The Role

As a Junior Associate – SME Partnership, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business through strategic outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for building relationships with partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement:

• Receive and connect with outbound leads provided by the marketing team.
• Visit partners’ offices and engage with them in person to discuss potential collaborations.
• Source additional leads independently using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial.

1. Partnership Development:

• Understand the services offered by potential partners.
• Pitch relevant RazorpayX products to establish partnerships with Chartered Accountants.
• Own the end-to-end sales process for RazorpayX products to the partners’ clients.
• Hand over newly onboarded partners to the farming team with clear documentation and descriptions.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 0-6 Months of sales experience.
• Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, oral & written.
• Self motivated and result oriented personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
