This is your opportunity to join the exciting world of the global business intelligence team of Reinsurance Client Governance, Business Excellence. The team acts as centralized facilitator for the global Reinsurance community and Group Functions in organizing, managing and maintaining core data and KYC information of Swiss Re’s external business partners.

This position is part of Partner Management & Analytics Team under Reinsurance Client Governance team of L&H Business Excellence, will have responsibility to support the Partner and Contact Management activities including Partner and Contact data governance. Keeping constant focus on the Partner data quality and identifying and executing activities to upkeep the data in the Partner data management tool for Business Partners. The role involves analyzing and simplifying various risk control standards for Partner Data Management tasks, as well as ensuring that appropriate remedial action is taken.

Principal Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities are centered on Partner and Contact data governance.
• Advise and support various stakeholders from business community on Partner & Contact Data requisites and maintenance.
• Responsible for managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for partners.
• Perform checks and execute risk control standards for all the Partner and Contact Management.
• Manage International Trade Control (ITC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk control mechanism in close collaboration with Compliance & Governance functions.
• Recommend, manage and execute data improvement actions in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT tool owners.
• Contribute to various reporting and data clean up initiatives.

About you

The successful candidate should have or be able to build strong relevant content knowledge and a proficient understanding in managing, maintaining and promoting CRM tools and data. A strong team player and have a good sense for priorities and experience in assessing and addressing business needs.

Job Requirements

• Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Management or similar
• 0-2 years’ experience as a Research Analyst; especially in Business research, KYC & Analysis
• 1+ years’ experience using Business Intelligence Reporting & CRM Tools would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, VBA, experienced with relational databases/SQL
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time
• Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus
• Insurance Certification/ experience would be a plus
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Visualization tools would be a plus
• Should be able to work individually & in team
