Inviting applications for the role of Data Visualization- Domain Trainee

Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality
•    Acquire data from provided sources
•    Interpret data and analyze results
•    Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
•    Identify anomalies in various data sources
•    Filter and “clean” data
•    Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports
•    Use analyzed data to build reports, identifying process improvement opportunities
•    Professional experience in sales operations, data analysis, or another related field
•    Experience with CPQ. The candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and enjoy partnering with a variety of teams to create strong relationships
•    Cloud Reseller Operations accuracy & TAT metrics reports creation
•    Enforce to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices
•    Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager
•    Attend meetings set up by management

Other requirements: 

•    Availability to deliver training to other associates whenever the direct outstanding requests it.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce (Org62) for creating and optimizing dashboards and reports that effectively track team KPIs, including processed volume and cycle time.
•    Tableau BI Experience: Strong background in utilizing Tableau for data visualization and reporting, with the ability to transform complex data sets into intuitive dashboards and reports.
•    Business Impact Reporting: Experience in developing insightful reports that provide actionable business impact insights, facilitating informed decision-making for stakeholders.
•    Good Excel knowledge;
•    University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);
•    Similar work experience preferred;
•    Work experience with ERP systems (advantage);

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel);
•    Good interpersonal skills and negotiating & dispute resolution skills;
•    Analytical skills;
•    Excellent customer orientation and ability of multi-tasking & tasks prioritization;
•    Preferred Skills:
•    ERP Knowledge (SAP, Coupa knowledge is a plus);
•    Presentation skills;
•    Good time management & customer management
