Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in data analysis who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst at GTS, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings.
• Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection and data annotation processes.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide timely and accurate responses to data inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data annotation and data collection processes is a plus.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
o Experience with data analysis programming languages like Python or R.
o Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
o Ability to use data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
o Familiarity with data cleaning and data wrangling techniques.
